316L stainless steel wire drawing Pulling a wire rod or wire blank from the die hole of a wire drawing die under the action of drawing force to produce a metal plastic working process of a small-section steel wire or a colored metal wire. Wires of various cross-sectional shapes and sizes of various metals and alloys can be produced by drawing. The drawn wire has an accurate size, a smooth surface, and the drawing apparatus and the mold are simple and easy to manufacture.
First, stainless steel wire rope material:
316 , 316L 304 304L, 310S, 201, 202, 302, 303
Second, stainless steel wire rope specifications:
7*1,6*12,7*7,7*19,17*39, etc., stainless steel wire, stainless steel bar, stainless steel pipe, stainless steel plate are more expensive than the same material. The most expensive is 7*7 strands.

As a low carbon version of 316 stainless steel wire, 316L has the same high corrosion resistance as 316. Compared to chrome-nickel austenitic stainless steels, 316L stainless steels have higher creep, stress crack resistance and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. Its unique anti-sensitization (grain boundary carbide precipitation) makes it widely used in large welded parts.
