314 stainless steel wire can withstand high temperature

314 314 stainless steel wire (1Cr25ni20Si2) stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel, high pressure heat resistant stainless steel.
The chemical composition is:
C Max: 0.25%;
Mn Max: 2.00%;
P Max: 0.045%;
S Max: 0.030%;
Si: Max: 1.50-3.00%;
Cr: 23.00-26.00%;
Ni: 19.00-22.00%.
314 High temperature and oxidation resistance, good mechanical properties
314 steel characteristics and applications:
The nickel and chromium contents of 309, 310, 314 and 330 stainless steels are relatively high in order to improve the oxidation resistance and creep strength of steel at high temperatures. The 309S and 310S are variants of the 309 and 310 stainless steels, except for the lower carbon content, in order to minimize the carbides precipitated near the weld. 330 stainless steel has a particularly high resistance to carburization and thermal shock resistance. 314 austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel, high temperature oxidation resistance and creep resistance. 314 stainless steel is used for the furnace tube.

316Ti

 

316Ti is a titanium stable variant of the 316 alloy. This austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel containing molybdenum improves corrosion resistance, improves pitting resistant chloride ion solution, and increases strength at high temperatures. The properties are similar to those of Alloy 316 except that 316Ti can be used at elevated sensitization temperatures due to its addition of titanium. Corrosion resistance is improved, especially for sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, formic acid and tartaric acid, acidic sulfates and alkaline chlorides.
